My 2024 list is going to be an extension from last year and even though I didn’t get to tick everything of, I still got to experience and had more fun than I would have without having a dedicated list to work toward to. I also plan to tick a few more items from last year off the list and besides my yearly goals, I also got to tick a few items of my Bucket list .Even if I don’t get to complete the whole list it still sets me up for an epic year.

- Explore the Wim Hof method (Sept/ongoing )
- Take dance lessons ( started in June, Bachata )
- Take an acting class ( May/July )
- 30 days of cold showers ( Jan/ Feb )
- Record a weekly podcast ( record 12 episodes )
- Weekly “You tube” video
- 2 Overseas trips ( Bali/ Vanuatu )
- Monthly micro adventures ( new experiences I don’t usually have )
